At Wanderlust Up, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, safe and reliable.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the item once you have notified us.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- The item must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Full refund
- Free replacement
- Store credit

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- The time to receive funds may vary depending on your bank
Return Shipping
- For standard returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all return costs
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted
- Items returned outside the allowed timeframe may be refused
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns
